Returns
Would you like to return product?
You may return any product within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item must not have been used and must not show any signs of wear or damage. Please enclose the receipt and a completed return form with your return shipment. You can download the return form by clicking here. Please note that failure to include the form may significantly delay the processing of your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline and products returned in a condition other than their original condition.
We guarantee a refund of the full amount paid for the goods in the same manner as the purchase was made.

Haven't received your order yet?
Please wait up to 14 working days from the moment the order status changes from ‘Order in progress’ (meaning awaiting payment) to ‘Order completed’, which means that your parcel is currently being prepared for dispatch.

What is the average order processing time?
Order fulfilment usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. If the product is not in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time may be extended. In such a situation, please contact us at the following e-mail address: hello@thegoodboy.pl
Have you received an incomplete order, has there been a mistake, or is one of the products damaged?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at hello@thegoodboy.pl In your message, please provide your order number and a detailed description of the situation.
In the case of a damaged product, please provide its name, describe the defect and, if possible, attach a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
